Dear Esteemed Guests, Colleagues, and Friends, It is my great honor and sincere pleasure to welcome you to the II International Conference on Civil and Environmental Engineering (ICCEE 2026), hosted by the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia. Following the successful organization of ICCEE 2025 in Yerevan, which brought together researchers, academics, engineers, and professionals from numerous countries, we are proud to continue this international scientific dialogue through ICCEE 2026, to be held on November 5–7, 2026, in Aghveran, Armenia. Today, as cities face unprecedented environmental, technological, infrastructural, and social challenges, the role of civil and environmental engineering has become increasingly significant. Sustainable construction, resilient infrastructure, digital transformation, climate adaptation, smart urban systems, and innovative technologies are shaping the future of our built environment and the quality of life of future generations. For Armenia and the wider region, these challenges are particularly significant due to seismic risks, complex mountainous terrain, water resource management issues, and the modernization of aging infrastructure systems. ICCEE 2026 aims to serve as an international platform for advancing science, engineering, and innovation through interdisciplinary exchange. The conference focuses not only on presenting research results but also on facilitating meaningful dialogue and promoting practical engineering solutions to contemporary challenges. As a university committed to academic excellence and international cooperation, NUACA values the opportunity to host leading scholars and professionals from around the world. We believe that the exchange of knowledge and experience will contribute to the advancement of both scientific understanding and practical applications in civil and environmental engineering. I would like to express our sincere gratitude to our international partners, co-organizers, keynote speakers, scientific committee members, and all participants for their valuable contribution to the success of this event. I encourage all participants to actively engage in the conference sessions, discussions, and networking opportunities, and also to enjoy the unique natural and cultural atmosphere of Armenia and Aghveran. Welcome to ICCEE 2026.Welcome to Armenia. Welcome to Aghveran. Sincerely Manuk Barseghyan Rector National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia
